Certified through Polestar Pilates at the comprehensive practitioner level. This intensive one-year program included full apparatus training: reformer, trapeze table, chair, mat, spinal corrector, and more.

Private sessions:

One-on-one coaching with individualized programming based on your assessment. Group sessions: Mat, reformer, and trapeze table classes—either tailored to specific needs or open to all levels.
