Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and restorative hands on approach that focuses on the subtle movement of the craniosacral system. That includes the skull, spine, and sacrum. Through light techniques, this work supports the release of tension within the body. The therapy encourages balance within the nervous system.

This approach may benefit individuals experiencing stress, headaches, neck or back tension, nervous system sensitivity, or general fatigue. Those who seek a calming and supportive experience will want this overall well being and relaxation.

Dry Needling

What is it?

It's a technique used to help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support healthy movements.

A very fine needle is inserted into targeted areas of muscle and connective tissue to help release tight bands of muscle. This improves local circulation and reduces discomfort. Focused expertise allows for careful evaluation and precise treatment of muscles involved in upper extremity movement and function.

What Does It Help?

• shoulder pain or muscle tightness

• elbow tendon irritation

• wrist or forearm discomfort

• hand and upper extremity muscle tension

• reduced mobility related to muscular restriction

When used as part of a comprehensive movement approach, dry needling can support improved muscle function, mobility, and overall movement efficiency.
